Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Logistics Coordinator to support our Oslo operations team. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow in logistics, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to efficient beverage transport operations. You will assist with planning, coordination, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and dispatch of local truck resources, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in monitoring operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Help maintain documentation of agreements, contracts, and price offers according to company standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Report operational issues and support improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams under guidance from senior staff.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Some practical experience or internships in logistics, transport, or supply chain roles is a plus.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles, planning, and transport operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software; familiarity with logistics systems is a bonus.
- Enthusiasm to learn, take responsibility, and develop professionally.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and ethical practices.
