Tschudi Logistics aims to develop and maintain sustainable transport and logistics systems. We therefore constantly improve our business concept to ensure that our products and services always meet the current safety and environmental standards as well as the standards of financial and social responsibility.
Environmental responsibilities are a large part of the company’s everyday operation and safety aspects are taken in to consideration at all times.
Tschudi Logistics is an Environmentally Conscious Organisation with the following objectives:
- To offer the most resource efficient and sustainable comprehensive solutions
- To share knowledge with suppliers and offer hauliers favourable purchase schemes in order to obtain environmental and safety improvements
- To have an open and constructive dialogue with authorities, clients, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders on environmental and safety issues concerning the Group's activities
- Use of up-to-date knowledge and technology in its day-to-day operations to ensure sustainable development
- Be aware of its responsibilities and always comply with current legislation
- Raise employee awareness of the impact their activities have on the environment and encourage employee involvement in identifying areas for improvement
- Record and review environmental complaints
Tschudi Logistics endeavours that its suppliers are ISO 14001 certified.
